Polish term or phrase: po 200zł
Wyrok RP- rozwód
Kosztami utrzymania dziecka obciąża oboje rodziców, zobowiązuje XY do łożenia kwoty po 200zł, zgodnie z treścią wyroku z ..... roku Sądu Rejonowego w X, sygn. akt .... .
Myślałam napisać: to pay 200PLN each time, ale jestem ciekawa Państwa propozycji.

to pay child maintenance to the sum of PLN 200 // do nothing and add a note

Explanation:
That might be one way of avoiding the implication of a one-off payment, since AFAIK, child maintenance is never a one-off payment.

Another way, which you might feel would be safer, since it doesn't involve you in 'suggesting' anything, would simply be to translate exactly what is there and add a note saying something like:

The document does not specify the basis on which the maintenance payments should be paid (e.g. monthly)

You could, of course, do both. Use a phrase like the one I've suggested AND add a note. The acronym, I believe, for this would be CYA... :-)

I've just read Andrzej's comment; however, I don't think that what I've suggested here goes against that, unless, of course, the document does specify how often the payments should be made.

In view of what Andrzej has just written here, it is indeed obvious that my suggestion of a footnote is wrong. I apologise. I was focussed on the phrase in the question itself.

So, perhaps this would be a way of dealing with it?

neutral  Andrzej Mierzejewski: see my explanation above//that's just the difference between the "wyłożenie" (a single payment of 200 zł) and the multiple/repeated "łożenie" (x times 200 zł). The previous verdict determined the payment timespan.
