Spanish term

líneas chorreadas

Spanish to English Art/Literary Art, Arts & Crafts, Painting
This is talking about pottery found at Chichén Itzá.

2 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you, Eski. I just found a translation of this in a specialist glossary and specifically an entry for ceramics--"trickled". I think that your answer is closest to that, so I'm giving you 2 pts but I'm going to enter it in the glossary as trickled lines. Thanks for your help!"

Sorry about the facetious remarks, but frankly my daughter is 14 and you should see the brilliant art work she produces, really! No word of a lie, her teacher is constantly extolling her artistic talents :-)

Hope I've spelt everything OK there as this is "chat"..

Note from asker:
Liz: HOW DARE YOU INSULT POLLACK! OF COURSE, I OWN NUMEROUS OF HIS CANVASES ... (Okay, you really don't think I could afford a painting by a "name" even Pollack! Congratulations on having a daughter who can paint. I wish I had someone in the family who could produce stuff worth hanging on the walls!
