Dear all,
I've come across these words in the Agreement on Clinical Trial Material Handling concluded between two companies providing clinical trial services, and have difficulties in understanding and translating them into Russian. Your assistance would be high appreciated.
The context is as follows:
Supplier shall ensure that the electronic data processing system(s) used by it in providing the Services conforms to and is consistent with FDA's and ICH Guidlines' established requirements for completness, accuracy, reliability, and consistent intended performance (i.e., validation). Supplier must retain records to show compliance with the foregoing, and must produce such records to ***'s request.
