I am a language professional with a Master's degree in English and a diploma in culture and media. I pursued my translation studies at both Gdańsk University in Poland and Aalborg University in Denmark. My first translations date back to 1998. I transitioned to full-time freelancing in 2007.

My native language is Polish, as I spent the first two decades of my life in Poland. I've been living in Denmark for over 25 years now, which has provided me with firsthand insights into Danish institutions and everyday practices, as well as a strong command of the language. I have the state-issued Certificate of Proficiency in Danish. For years I've been translating from Norwegian and occasionally from Swedish as well.

My translation experience ranges from technical specifications through legal, medical and fiscal documents to magazine articles and children's books (nearly 30 since 2005), songs and games.
