Специально разработанная авиакомпанией AirAsia программа для её пассажиров. Смысл в том, что, если после покупки билета авиакомпания, по не зависящим от нее обстоятельствам, не смогла обеспечить перелёт до пункта назначения, то пассажиру автоматически начисляется определённая сумма на его кошелёк Credit Shel (размер зависти от места прерывания полёта), то в течение 3-х месяцев пассажир может использовать сумму при покупке билетов (по этому или другим направлениям). Прямой возврат денег не предусмотрен.

What is Credit Shell?
In the event of a flight cancellation, airport closure or any other unforeseen circumstances that hampers AirAsia's ability to provide you with your confirmed flight connection, you will receive a refund in the form of credit shell. If you are eligible for Credit Shell, you will be notified of this by AirAsia's personnel.
Credit Shell is a separate account created for AirAsia's guests and not a direct refund to your credit card. Credit Shell will be created under the name of the guest, is non-transferrable and is equivalent to the value of the affected flight of your confirmed booking.
