English to Russian: Extracts from Declaration of Trust and Limited Liability Partnership's Articles of Association
Source text - English 1) A trust instrument may contain provisions by virtue of which the exercise of any of the trustee’s powers may be reserved to a managing trustee, and no other trustee is liable for any of the decisions, acts or transactions of the managing trustee in so far as they amount to exercise of powers reserved by the trust instrument to the managing trustee.
2) Before the division of the profits [and losses] of the LLP under clause 10.1, the LLP shall pay interest under clause 9.7 upon the amount of each Member's proportion of the capital contributions, as stated in Part 1 of Schedule 3, provided that if the aggregate amount of interest payable to the Members exceeds the profits of the LLP for the year in question, then the amounts of interest payable abate in proportion to each Member's share of the capital contributions [as set out in Part 1 of Schedule 3]; and where the accounts of the LLP for any accounting year show a loss then no interest is payable or to be credited to any Member in accordance with clause 9.7.

Source text - English 2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BANK
2.1. The Bank shall undertake to:
2.1.1. Ensure servicing of the Card in compliance with standards accepted by the Europay International payment system;
2.1.2. Issue the Card and forward it to the Cardholder at he Bank Branch designated thereby within seven business days from the day the Cardholder submits the Bank Debit Card Application and other documents as required;
2.1.3. Provide the Cardholder with a free monthly Account Statement. A monthly Account Statement shall reflect details on all transactions, expenses and bank fees charged for the previous month. The Statement shall also be indicative of the timeframe within which the cardholder must reimburse the bank for total expenses enlisted therein over the reviewed period in the event any such expenses incurred by the Cardholder remained outstanding. The Cardholder shall receive such Statements at the preferred Bank Branch. At the Cardholder’s request, the bank shall provide him with an extra statement for a charge.

Article one. Constitution (establishment, incorporation, framing) of the Company.
1.1. Limited Liability Company “CMC Trade” (hereinafter called “the Company”, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is established (constituted) in accordance with Civil Code of the Russian Federation, federal law (federal statute) “ The Limited Liability Companies Act” № 14-FL, dated February 8, 1998 and others.
1.2. The provisions of the federal law “The Limited Liability Companies Act” apply to Companies with single member so far as otherwise specified on the federal law and if this rule does not contradict the essence of the relations concerned.
Article four. Legal status of the Company.
4.1. The Company has the rights of legal entity (rights of legal person, corporate privilege) from the date of state registration and has a round seal (stamp) that states (specifies) its company-name (trade name) in Russian language and its registered office.
4.2. The seal of the Company also contains its firm-name in English language.
The Company is entitled to have stamps (dies, marks) and forms (sheets) with its firm names, its own emblem (device, symbol), duly registered trademark and other visual identifications.
4.3. Since 2007 I have been occupying myself with translation of legal documentation in the English-Russian language pair including articles of association, all kinds of powers of attorney, contracts, agreements, trust instruments, certificates, court decisions, etc.
So, because of having both higher legal education and specific higher linguistic education legal translation from English into Russian and vice versa is naturally my field of expertise, in which I have the relevant experience of translation and good understanding of the subject - legal matters.
