Translation - English If these facts turn out to be true, and taking into consideration that their distribution relationship had been maintained for 18 consecutive years without incident, XXX Law 12A :2-309 and the aforementioned jurisprudence must impose an effective termination time provision much longer than 30 days. It could be extended to longer than 20 months, if not longer, and this provision should serve as the basis for calculating the damages and interest. If one considers that in the XXX case the distribution relation had been in effect for only 10 years and that the Court had considered that a termination time provision of 20 months was required, in the case of a contractual relation of 18 years, a reasonable time limit could possibly be twice as long and would justify a very large contractual loss.
