Source text - French Safety regulations applicable on the site will be specified by for each of the services if necessary.
Before the site is opened, during a preparatory meeting, the Holder, pursuant to decree n° 92-158 of 20 February 1992, will receive from information on the statutory provisions and particular instructions applicable to health and safety (in English language) and will clarify with the professional risks that it runs during performance of its services. In particular, during this meeting, documents relating to safety on the site (internal site regulations, site regulations or prevention plan) will be handed over. This meeting will be organized and arranged by not later than 4 weeks before start of work on site.
The cost incurred by visiting the sites is included in the prices.
Observations made during the preparatory site visit, the list of particular risks that may result from the activities of the Holder and those due to , as well as the measures taken by joint agreement, are recorded in a report signed by both parties. No service will be undertaken before the aforementioned report is signed.

Dans le cadre d’une réunion préparatoire et avant l’accès au site, le Titulaire, conformément au Décret 92-158 du 20 février 1992, sera informé (en anglais) par des dispositions législatives en vigueur et des consignes de santé et de sécurité applicables. Le Titulaire clarifiera avec quels sont les risques professionnels encourus pendant l’exécution des prestations. Les documents relatifs aux consignes de sécurité en vigueur sur le site (les consignes applicables sur site, les règlements applicables, les plans de prévention) seront remis au Titulaire pendant la réunion. Cette réunion sera organisée par au moins 4 semaines avant le démarrage des opérations sur site.
Les coûts afférents aux visites de site sont inclus dans les offres financières.
Les observations formulées pendant les visites de site préalables aux opérations, la liste des risques particuliers encourus qui résulteraient des opérations menées par le Titulaire et par , ainsi que les mesures prises d’un commun accord, seront consignées dans un rapport signé par les deux parties. Les prestations ne pourront démarrer avant que ledit rapport n’ait été signé.
