Source text - English RENTAL TERMS
1. The charge for the rental of the training room is $ ______ per day of use. A deposit of 50% of the total charge is due upon reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to the function.
2. All functions are subject to an 11:00pm curfew.
3. CANCELLATIONS: Reservations cancelled no less than 60 days prior to the event are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days prior to the date of the event will lose 50% of the deposit amount; cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the day of the event will lost the complete deposit amount.
4. In case of severe weather, power, or water outages in which the event must be postponed, the Lessee has the right to schedule the facility for any other open date at no additional charge.
5. In the unlikely event that a mechanical breakdown (such as heat or air conditioning) or the loss of water occurs, and due to circumstances beyond the control of the Myersville Volunteer Fire Company (MVFC) if a repair cannot be made before the beginning time of the event, the Lessee will be notified at the earliest possible time and either a full refund of any deposit will be made, or the Lessee may reschedule use of the facility for any other open date.
6. The Myersville Volunteer Fire Company (MVFC) reserves the right to refuse an applicant for any reason.
7. The Myersville Volunteer Fire Company (MVFC) reserves the right to ask any, and all parties to vacate the premises for any misconduct or disturbance which may occur.
8. Frederick County DFRS employees working at the fire station do not have any authority regarding rental of the property or to approve/disapprove or otherwise change any actions previously agreed upon by the Lessee and the MVFC representative. Please do not ask them to do so.
9. Frederick County Liquor Board regulations must be obeyed at any event where wine, beer, or liquor is served or provided. Lessee may not charge for any alcoholic beverages served. Lessee assumes all responsibilities for damages, injuries, or loss of life related to alcohol consumption at the event. Absolutely NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted outside of the building at any time during the event.
10. The Lessee accepts all responsibility for damage to the facility, tables, and chairs being used. Should any damage occur to such, the Lessee shall promptly pay for the repair or replacement cost of the damage.
11. Tables and chairs are to be set up and put away by the Lessee.
12. Floors are to be swept and mopped as needed by Lessee at the conclusion of the event.
13. All trash in any trash receptacle must be bagged and emptied into the dumpster located outside of the Fire Hall.
14. This is a NO SMOKING facility. Please assure that all guests honor this policy.
15. No decorations or attachments may be made to walls, windows, floors, or ceilings without the express, specific approval of the MVFC representative.
16. The Lessee will supply all necessary supplies for the event other than tables and chairs.
17. Tables must be covered with tablecloths, either plastic or fabric, for the function. Lessee will provide all table coverings.
18. Myersville Volunteer Fire Company (MVFC) will not be held responsible for any accidents.
19. There will be a $50.00 service charge for any checks returned due to insufficient funds.

Translation - Spanish Condiciones de Alquiler
1. El precio por el alquiler de la sala de formación es $ ______ por día de uso. Un depósito de 50% del cargo total se debe pagar al hacer la reserva. El saldo se debe dos semanas antes de la recepción.

My professional background began with a Bachelors of Science in Radiologic Sciences and 8 years working in hospitals as a Cat Scan Technologist. Because interpreting was a daily requirement for that career, I dedicated myself to a Master of Art in Translation and Interpreting.
The past two years have been solely dedicated to Over the phone, In-person, and video remote interpreting and some translation work that includes small business contracts, medical screening forms, and medical reports.
