The sponsor of this study plans to conduct biomarker and pharmacokinetic research using your blood samples. Biomarkers are chemical "markers" in blood that may be related to how your body processes the study drug.
What are the side effects?
Because X is an investigational drug, the side effects are not completely known and serious side effects, including death, are a possibility. The side effects seen in previous studies conducted with X are: fatigue, shortness of breath, upper respiratory tract infection, low blood counts (red blood cells), abnormal liver function, and decreased kidney function.
Will my information be kept confidential?
Unless required by law, your name will not be disclosed outside the research clinic. It will be available only to the following people or agencies: the study doctor and staff; authorized representatives of the study doctor; ethics committees and the European Medicines Agency.

An individual acquires a domicile of origin at birth from their father (unless their parents were not married, in which case it is the mother's domicile that determines the domicile of origin).
2.2 If, having turned 16, the individual becomes resident in another country and forms an intention to remain there permanently or indefinitely, he will acquire a domicile of choice in that other country. The burden of proving a change in domicile is on the person seeking to assert it. A number of factors will be taken into account, including such things as ownership of property, business and social connections in the country(ies) concerned and other things indicative of one’s long term intentions

З метою оптимізації системи консультативних, дорадчих та інших допоміжних органів і служб, утворених Президентом України, відповідно до пункту 28 частини першої статті 106 Конституції України постановляю:
1. Ліквідувати:
Комітет з економічних реформ;
Комітет з питань реформування правоохоронних органів;
Координаційний комітет з підготовки та проведення в Україні фінального турніру чемпіонату Європи 2015 року з баскетболу;
Координаційну раду з питань підготовки та відзначення 20-ї річниці незалежності України;
міжвідомчу робочу групу з аналізу стану додержання законодавства про свободу слова та захист прав журналістів;
міжвідомчу робочу групу з підготовки пропозицій щодо удосконалення законодавчого регулювання у сфері боротьби з порушеннями бюджетного законодавства;
Організаційний комітет з питань підготовки й проведення VI Форуму творчої та наукової інтелігенції держав - учасниць СНД;
Раду експертів з питань українсько-російських відносин;
Раду з питань виставкової діяльності;
Раду з питань забезпечення реалізації в Україні Порогової програми Корпорації "Виклики тисячоліття" щодо зниження рівня корупції;

In order to optimize the system of consultative, advisory, and other support bodies and services established by the President of Ukraine, in accordance with paragraph 28 of Article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I hereby resolve:

Committee on Economic Reforms;
Committee on Issues of Reforming Law Enforcement Agencies;
Coordinating Committee on the Preparation and Holding of the Finals of the European Basketball Championship 2015 in Ukraine;
Coordination Council on the Preparation and Celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine;
Interagency Working Group on reviewing the state of compliance with legislation on the freedom of speech and protection of the rights of journalists;
Interagency Working Group on the preparation of proposals for improvement of legislative regulations for combating violations of budget legislation;
Organizing Committee on the Preparation and Holding of the Sixth Forum of Creative and Scientific Intellectuals of CIS states;
Council of Experts on Ukrainian-Russian Relations;
Council on Exhibition Activity;
Council on the Realization in Ukraine of the Threshold Program of the Millennium Challenge Corporation on Reducing Corruption;
