Bio
I am a native Japanese translator with an academic background of translation. 
I have a bachelor’s degree of International Communication, where I also had several subjects related to translation, and a master’s degree in Translation Studies to deepen my knowledge regarding translation.
After I finished my bachelor’s degree I worked for a company, but after one year and half of that experience I decided to pursue my wish to work as a translator, which had always been of my interest. That’s when I started to study translation further and started to work as a freelance translator at the same time.
Now I have almost 9 years of translation experience and have worked with more than 30 translation agencies so far. My main fields of translation have been fashion/textile, marketing, IT, including software/app/website localization, tourism, cosmetics, subtitling, as well as general texts.
