Translations into and from more than 30 languages within Slovenia, with 140 languages covered in partnership
with companies from abroad.
More than 100 experienced translators

Translation is more than just transferring words from one language into another. A good translator must be versed in matching the terminology to the context of the target language and must have extensive general knowledge, sophisticated linguistic intuition and superb language skills as well as in-depth knowledge of the target language. Each of our translations includes the final step of proofreading, which is included in the translation service.

Court-sworn translations are delivered by certified translators, i.e. court-sworn interpreters. They are appointed by the Minister of Justice and are authorised to translate official and other legal documents. Translat delivers court-sworn translations of all types of documents.

Translat can provide interpreters for various business meetings, conferences, legal meetings, symposiums and other meetings with foreign business partners. We offer both simultaneous and consecutive interpreting.

Translat is one of Slovenia’s leading translation companies which is successful also in foreign markets. We are members of the Slovenian Association of Translation Companies, operating within the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a member of the European Union of Associations of Translation Companies and the European Language Industry Association, while Translat's CEO is a member of the Association of Scientific and Technical Translators of Slovenia. In our work, we follow the EN 15083 translation standard, which sets the translation industry’s quality assurance guidelines.
