Of Swedish nationality and mother tongue, I currently live and work in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

I have a BA from Uppsala University, Sweden – Subject matters: English, French, Macroeconomics and Development Studies.

Since 2007 I work as an English/French > Swedish/English translator and proof-reader of different types of texts, including presentations, brochures, websites, subtitling of films, documentaries and videogames.

My previous 30 years professional experience is from the corporate world and from international governmental agencies, including writing, editing, proofreading, transcribing in English as well as ad hoc translations from and into English, with Swedish and French as secondary languages.

I have numerous associative engagements, e.g. currently administrate a small-scale association of apartment condominium, preside an association that promotes the work of a French-Swiss visual artist and photographer (www.vieillefond.ch), and I also work as a professional dog trainer.
