Romanian term or phrase: dreptul de retenție
Capitolo "Capitale sociale", si parla di conferimenti in natura.
"Față de obiectul aportului în natură nu poate fi opus dreptul de retenție întemeiat pe o creanță care nu se referă la acest obiect".
Io l'ho inteso come "Rispetto al bene (?) oggetto di conferimenti in natura non può essere opposta/fatta valere la riserva di proprietà per un'obbligazione/credito che non riguarda il medesimo" (questo oggetto, cioè questo bene?), però, francamente, la faccenda non mi è per niente chiara...
La riserva di proprietà, o il diritto di proprietà che deriva da/che si fonda su un'obbligazione che non si riferisce a questo oggetto? E allora perché tirarlo in ballo?
