§ 7 Urlaub
1.
Der Mitarbeiter hat einen Urlaubsanspruch von 30 Tagen.
Hierbei erhält der Mitarbeiter unter Zugrundelegung einer 5 Tage Woche kalenderjährlich den gesetzlichen Erholungsurlaub von 20 Arbeitstagen.
Darüber hinaus erhält er kalenderjährlich übergesetzlichen Urlaub in Höhe von jeweils 10 Arbeitstagen.
Bei der Gewährung von Urlaub wird zuerst der gesetzliche Erholungsurlaub eingebracht.
Für den übergesetzlichen Urlaub gilt abweichend von dem gesetzlichen Erholungsurlaub, dass der Urlaubsanspruch nach Ablauf des Übertragungszeitraumes auch dann verfällt, wenn er wegen Arbeitsunfähigkeit des Arbeitnehmers nicht genommen werden kann.
