This is in the context of a patient with osteitis of the skull causing progressively worsening headaches.
I'm wondering whether this refers to a particular sort of headache like a tension headache. I've found that 'j'ai le casque' simply means I've a headache so I'm not sure.

Les céphalées de tension sont des maux de tête touchant les deux côtés du crâne, « en casque », à type de pression d’intensité légère à modérée, non accentuée par l’activité physique. Le patient décrit une sensation de « serrement, d’étau, de pesanteur ». En règle générale, il n’y a pas d’autres symptôme associés.

Les céphalées de tension (CT) sont des maux de tête en casque. Le mal est de type pression, avec sensation de compression (comme si la tête était prise dans un étau) et non pas de type pulsatif pour la migraine.
