CHANGE ORDER HISTORY
on the 28th of February 2017 in St. Petersburg during the 2nd technical clarification meeting with Owner, Company, Contractor and REP Holding, Company has informed Contractor that an additional bundle support (cradle) for the Mixed Refrigerant Compressor (MRC) is required.
The purpose of the additional support is to move the bundle outside of the hangar, so that the bundle can be lifted by a mobile crane instead using the hangar crane.
Due to technical regulation from Roztechnadzor, additional services/maintenances would become necessary, if hangar crane would fulfill the lifting capacity required for the bundle (high load crane).
It is not foreseen by Company and Owner to increase hangar crane lifting capacity accordingly.
Unfortunately, the compressor vendor has provided the proposal for the bundle support only on 27 August 2017.
Hence, Contractor was not able considering client request in due time.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work comprises the supply of one bundle support for both Mixed Refrigerant Compressors (MRCs).
For technical details, please refer to ATTACHMENT 1 - Drawing 0012KE0430-M-ZA 1000.001.
The supply is considered with FOB Port of Exit.
CONSEQUENCES
The additional equipment will require engineering work such as review of document, supplier coordination and expediting.
SCHEDULE IMPACT
There is no schedule impact to be considered.
PIRCE IMPACT
The price for the additional bundle support amounts to 101.179,-- EUR
The price includes the mark-ups according to contract Part II - Commercial terms, Att1 - Appendix V
PREPERATION COST
Preparation cost for Change Order Proposal 017 is already included in the price.
APPROVAL PERIOD
According to Article 13.4 Part III of the Contract Company shall respond to Contractor using this form within fifteen (15) working days with direction to proceed according to Art. 13.5 or not to proceed with the change.
Until signature of the change order, Contractor will continue to execute the project according to the contract.
