All eCRFs must be completed in accordance with the Protocol and recorded in the EDC system within three (3) days of completion of the visit occurrence.
Payments shall be issued on a quarterly basis and within sixty (60) days of completion of eCRFs for all current visits in the applicable quarter.
In the event that a Subject is deemed non-evaluable after payment has been made, this amount will be deducted from a future payment.
For every per-Subject payment owed, 10% of the total payment will be withheld and paid out at the completion of the Study as the final payment.
The final payment will be pro-rated upon verification of actual completed Subject visits and procedures, and will be issued approximately sixty (60) days after the Study database is locked.
