How to exclude segments with mixed source language in the current Studio 2017 from TM import?

Hello everybody,

we seem to be missing an important feature in SDL Trados and SDL World Server. Perhaps you have had that question as well and might like to share your thoughts.
How can a translator lock segments in order to exclude segments with mixed source language in order to prevent the update in the TM? The delivery to SDL WorldServer needs still to be possible wthout errors.

you mean segments with two source languages in one segment, say English/Italian?
I asked a similar question, but in my case it was bilingual target. I asked SDL experts if I can confirm translation without updating my TM (the way it works for memoQ). The only reply I received, was a counter question why I may need this 'useless' functionality...
