Am fost solicitat să traduc în engleză discursul, dar înainte de a mă apuca aș vrea să fiu sigur că nu a fost deja tradus. Aș fi recunoscător pentru un răspuns prompt, deoarece termenul pe care l-am orimit este destul de strîns.
