What have been your biggest challenges in completing the year analysis document?

The main point I have figured while completing the analysis documents:
I have considered a strategy in dealing with my clients in which I consider a low consistent income is better than high intermittent one, so I kept dealing with my regular clients for fear of changing them especially in this time of spreading covid 19.
