Hello translators,

We are carrying out a study on gender in Machine Translation to verify the output quality of different MT software. This survey is specially targeting French native speaker, but it is open to anyone, the only requirement is working with MT.

I went through the survey. It involves languages where gender of persons such as nurses, doctors, teachers etc. ends up being reflected in the language. Like (German) Arzt (male doctor), Aerztin (female doctor) etc. If you translate into a language such as English, then you can't really answer the question. A "doctor" is a "doctor" whether male or female.
