Can't backup a file

I have memoQ 6.8.57 installed. I'm still learning the program. I need to back up a file locally to transfer it to the cloud.
I get the message below. I tried shortening the name and directory to just a few words or so, and I still get the message.
Please advise!

I have the same problem with backup.

Did you find any solution to that?

Ciao Vladimir,
It's been four years ago. I must have referred the matter to their technical assistance because there I only had one unsolvable problem all the years that I used MemoQ. I can't remember any details now, but they should be able to help.
