Born and raised in Zagreb, Croatia, I finished my education and got a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Zagreb. Throughout my career, which involved working in media (writing/translating for television and the internet), volunteering in an environmental NPO and later managing my own, working as a statistician in the public sector and as a financial administrator/translator in the private sector, I have always worked as a part-time English translator and tutor.

Since 2015, I have been fully committed to running my own small agency focused on English to Croatian translation and editing. My interests include other languages as well (i.e. German, Italian and Spanish, along with computer languages, Bash and XML). However, I believe that by choosing to focus professionally on a single language combination I can vouch for greater quality of translation in my work.

So far, I have translated in the fields of: business, law, NPOs, politics and media, IT, science, green technology, humanities (psychology, sociology and philosophy), tourism, medicine, cosmetics, etc. My associate is thoroughly acquainted with engineering (automotive and IT), natural and social sciences, politics and economics, sports and recreation, etc. We make a well balanced and proficient team with a wide range of personal interests, always willing to tackle a new challenge.
