PRECAUZIONI IMPORTANTI

CONSERVARE QUESTE ISTRUZIONI
AVVERTENZA
La macchina espresso è stata studiata unicamente per uso domestico. Qualsiasi intrevento di assistenza, fatta eccezione per le operazioni di pulizia e di normale manutenzione, dovrà essere prestato da un centro di assistenza autorizzato. Non immergere la macchina in acqua. Qualsiasi riparazione dovrà essere effettuata unicamente dal centro di assistenza autorizzato.

4 Non pulire mai con detersivi corrosivi o utensili che graffiano. É sufficiente un panno morbido inumidito con acqua.
5 Per evitare la formazione di calcare, si può utilizzare acqua minerale naturale.
ISTRUZIONI SUL CAVO ELETTRICO
A Viene fornito un cavo elettrico abbastanza corto per evitare che si attorcigli o che vi inciampiate.
B Si possono utilizzare, con molta attenzione, delle prolunghe omologate.
C Qualora venga utilizzata una prolunga, verificare:
1 che il voltaggio riportato sulla prolunga sia perlomeno, uguale al voltaggio elettrico dell’elettrodomestico;
2 che sia munito di una spina a tre pin con messa a terra (qualora il cavo dell’elettrodomestico sia di questo tipo);
3 che il cavo non penda dal tavolo per evitare di inciamparvi.
GENERALITÀ
La macchina da caffè è indicata per la preparazione di caffè espresso impiegando caffè in grani ed è dotata di un dispositivo per l’erogazione del vapore e dell’acqua calda.
Il corpo della macchina, dall’elegante design, è stato progettato per uso domestico e non è indicato per un funzionamento continuo di tipo professionale.
Attenzione. Non si assumono responsabilità per eventuali danni in caso di:
• impiego errato e non conforme agli scopi previsti;
• riparazioni non eseguite presso i centri d’assistenza autorizzati;
• manomissione del cavo d’alimentazione;
• manomissione di qualsiasi componente della macchina;
• impiego di pezzi di ricambio ed accessori non originali;
• mancata decalcificazione e stoccaggio in locali al di sotto di 0°C.

NORME DI SICUREZZA
Destinazione d’uso
• La macchina per caffè è prevista esclusivamente per l’impiego domestico.
• È vietato apportare modifiche tecniche e ogni impiego illecito, a causa dei rischi che essi comportano!
• L’apparecchio non è destinato ad essere utilizzato da persone (compresi i bambini) con ridotte capacità fisiche, mentali o sensoriali o con esperienza e/o competenze insufficienti, a meno che non siano sotto la supervisione di una persona responsabile della loro sicurezza o non vengano da essa istruite sull’uso dell’apparecchio.
Non utilizzare mai l’apparecchio
per scopi diversi da quelli sopra indicati, al fine di evitare pericoli.
• Non introdurre nei contenitori sostanze diverse da quelle indicate nel manuale istruzioni.
• Durante il normale riempimento di ogni contenitore, è obbligatorio chiudere tutti i contenitori vicini.
• Riempire il serbatoio acqua soltanto con acqua fresca potabile: acqua calda e/o altri liquidi possono danneggiare la macchina.
• Non utilizzare acqua addizionata con anidride carbonica.
• Nel macinacaffè è vietato introdurre le dita e qualsiasi materiale che non sia caffè in grani.
• Non utilizzare, per scopi alimentari, l’acqua rimasta nel serbatoio per alcuni giorni, lavare il serbatoio e riempirlo con acqua fresca potabile.
Alimentazione di corrente
• Allacciare la macchina per caffè soltanto ad una presa di corrente adeguata.
• La tensione deve corrispondere a quella indicata sulla targhetta dell’apparecchio.
Cavo d’alimentazione
• Mai usare la macchina per caffè se il cavo d’alimentazione è difettoso.
• Non far passare il cavo d’alimentazione per angoli e su spigoli vivi, sopra oggetti molto caldi e proteggerlo dall’olio.
• Non estrarre la spina tirandola per il cavo oppure toccarla con le mani ed i piedi bagnati.
Protezione d’altre persone
• Tenere i bambini sotto supervisione, per evitare che giochino con l’apparecchio.
I bambini non si rendono conto del pericolo connesso agli elettrodomestici.
• Non lasciare i materiali utilizzati per imballare la macchina alla portata dei bambini.
Pericolo d’ustioni
• Non dirigere contro se stessi e/o altri il getto di vapore e/o d’acqua calda: pericolo di scottature. Usare sempre le apposite maniglie o manopole.
• Non inserire oggetti attraverso le aperture dell’apparecchio.
Spazio per l’installazione, l’uso e la manutenzione
• Non ostruire le aperture di ventilazione e di smaltimento di calore.
• Scegliere un ambiente sufficientemente illuminato, igienico e con presa di corrente facilmente accessibile;
• Non posare la macchina su superfici molto calde e nelle vicinanze di fiamme aperte per evitare che la carcassa fonda o comunque si danneggi.
• Porre a 10 cm di distanza da pareti e piastre di cottura.
• Non tenere la macchina a temperature inferiori a 0°C; c’è il pericolo che il gelo possa danneggiare la macchina.
• La presa di corrente deve essere raggiungibile in ogni momento.
• Non usare la macchina per caffè all’aperto.
Pulizia
• Prima di pulire la macchina, è indispensabile posizionare l’interruttore generale su “O” e poi staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
• Inoltre, aspettare che la macchina si raffreddi.
• Mai immergere la macchina nell’acqua! Impedire che venga a contatto con getti d’acqua.
• È severamente vietato cercare d’intervenire all’interno della macchina.
Custodia della macchina
• Quando la macchina rimane inutilizzata per un periodo prolungato, spegnere la macchina e staccare la spina dalla presa. Custodirla in luogo asciutto e non accessibile ai bambini.
• Proteggerla dalla polvere e dallo sporco.
• Non appoggiare oggetti pesanti sul pannello frontale aperto.
Riparazioni / Manutenzione
• Nel caso di guasti, difetti o sospetto di difetto staccare subito la spina dalla presa di corrente. Mai mettere in funzione una macchina difettosa.
• Soltanto i Centri di Assistenza Autorizzati possono effettuare interventi e riparazioni.

Antincendio
• In caso di incendio utilizzare estintori ad anidride carbonica (CO2). Non utilizzare acqua o estintori a polvere.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION
The espresso machine is for household use. Any servicing other than cleaning and normal maintenance should be performed by an authorized service centre. Do not immerse the machine in water. Any repair should be done only by authorised service centre.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE POWER SUPPLY CORD

B Longer extension cords, may be used with care.
C If an long extension cord is used:
1 The voltage of the extension cord should be at least the same as the voltage of the electric household appliance.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The coffee machine is ideal for preparing espresso coffee using either coffee beans or ground coffee and is equipped with a device to brew steam and hot water.
The elegant styled machine has been designed for domestic use only and is not suitable for professional, continuous use.

Cleaning

• Wait for the machine to cool down.

• It is strictly forbidden to tamper with the internal parts of the machine.
Storing the Machine
• In case of inactivity of the machine for a quite long period, switch it off and unplug it from the socket. Store it in a dry place and out of the reach of children.
• Keep it protected from dust and dirt.
• Never place heavy objects on the front panel when open.
Servicing / Maintenance
• In case of failure, problems or a suspected fault resulting from a fall of the machine, you should immediately remove the plug from the socket. Never attempt to operate a faulty machine.
• Servicing and repairs may only be carried out by authorized service centres.
• All liability for damage resulting from work not carried out by professionals is declined.

II. DISPOSIZIONI SPECIALI
1 Oggetto dell’omologazione e ambito di applicazione
1.1 Oggetto dell’omologazione
Le viti da legno Quick Drill, ai sensi della presente omologazione generale per l’edilizia, sono organi di giunzione per elementi in legno, realizzati in acciaio al carbonio organico indurito a bassa frizione e zincato galvanicamente. Esse vengono impiegate per il fissaggio di componenti strutturali realizzati in legno massiccio (legno di conifera), legno lamellare incollato, legno compensato impiallacciato con omologazione generale per l’edilizia, legno per tavole o travi lamellari, materiali a base di legno o di parti in acciaio con elementi in legno massiccio (legno di conifera) e legno lamellare incollato o in legno compensato impiallacciato, legno per tavole o travi lamellari.
1.2 Ambito di applicazione
Le viti da legno Quick Drill possono essere impiegate come organi di giunzione di costruzioni in legno portanti, da dimensionare e realizzare ai sensi delle norme
DIN 1052-1:1988-04 – Strutture di legno; calcolo ed esecuzione -,
DIN 1052-2:1988-04 – Strutture di legno; Giunti strutturali -,
DIN 1052-3:1983-04 – Strutture di legno; Case in legno in tavolati, calcolo ed esecuzione -, ove il presente certificato generale di omologazione per l’edilizia non disponga diversamente.
Le viti possono essere impiegate per la giunzione di elementi in legno conformi alle omologazioni generali per l’edilizia, laddove la rispettiva omologazione relativa alle costruzioni in legno autorizzi la realizzazione di giunzioni in legno per mezzo di viti omologate.
Gli elementi in legno da fissare devono avere uno spessore minimo di 4 - d1 (d1 = diametro esterno della filettatura della rispettiva vite).
La presente omologazione generale per l’edilizia non si applica alle connessioni su pannelli di particelle in legno compresi gli OSB (pannelli a fibre orientate), i pannelli di fibra di legno o i pannelli di legno compensato.
Gli elementi in legno massiccio, legno lamellare incollato, legno compensato impiallacciato o in legno per tavole o travi lamellari possono essere fissati per mezzo di viti con diametro esterno della filettatura d1 ≥ 8 mm solo qualora si utilizzino tipi di legno quali l’abete rosso, il pino e l’abete. Questo vale analogamente per il fissaggio in elementi in legno in conformità alle omologazioni generali per l’edilizia.
Le viti possono essere impiegate esclusivamente per carichi prevalentemente statici (cfr. DIN 1055-3).
Per l’ambito di applicazione delle viti in relazione alle condizioni ambientali si applica la norma DIN 1052-2:1988-04, paragrafo 3.6, tabella 1. Le viti non devono essere impiegate nell’ambito di applicazione ai sensi della norma DIN 1052-2:1988-04, tabella 1, ultima colonna.
2 Disposizioni relative alle viti da legno Quick Drill
2.1 Caratteristiche e composizione
2.1.1 Forme, misure e dimensioni delle viti dovranno essere conformi ai valori indicati negli allegati 1-4.
2.1.2. Le viti dovranno essere fabbricate in acciaio al carbonio come stabilito nella norma interna 230403 dell’Istituto Tedesco per l’Edilizia.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1 With the general Type-Approval for construction the object granted for Type-Approval is certified to be used according to the construction regulations issued by German federal Lander.
2 The general type-approval for construction does not substitute the licences, the permits and certificates provided by law for the execution of construction work.
3 The general construction type-approval is granted except for rights to third parties, in particular in the case of rights for private people.
4 The producers and distributors of the object of this type-approval shall be required, with the exclusion of the provisions under "Special Provisions", to submit to the user of the approved object a copy of this general type-approval for construction, drawing the attention on the obligation to produce it where the product is used. Upon request a copy of this general type-approval for construction must be placed at disposal of the competent authorities on the subject.
5 The general type-approval for construction must be reproduced exclusively in the complete format. Any partial publication is permitted only on approval by the German institute of construction. Any texts or drawings used for advertising purposes may not be in contrast with what is stated in this general type-approval for construction. Any translations of this general type-approval for construction should contain the following note: "Translation not verified by the German institute of construction for its conformity to the original German one".
6 The general type-approval is granted unless cancelled. The provisions in this general type-approval for construction can be integrated after it is modified, in particular if new technical information is necessary.

II SPECIAL PROVISIONS
1 Object of the type-approval and area of application
1.1 Object of the type-approval
The Quick Drill screws for wood, in accordance with this general type-approval for construction, are joining units for wood elements manufactured in carbon organic steel hardened by low friction and galvanised. They are used for fitting structural components made in solid wood (coniferous wood), glued lamellar wood, and veneered plywood possessing a general type-approval for construction, wood for planks o lamellar beams, wooden material or steel parts with solid wood elements (coniferous elements) and glued lamellar wood or veneered plywood, wood for planks o lamellar beams.
1.2 Areas of use
The Quick Drill screws for wood can be used as joining units for bearing wood structures to be established and made according to the regulations.
DIN 1052-1:1988-04. - Wood structures: calculation and implementation -
DIN 1052-2:1988-04 – Wood structures: structural joints-,
DIN 1052-3:1983-04 –Wood structures; Wooden houses planking, calculation and implementation – where this general type-approval certificate for construction should provide differently.
Screws may be used for the joining of wood components in compliance with general type-approvals for construction, where the respective approval for wooden constructions permits the making of joints in wood by means of type-approved screws.
The wood elements to be fitted must have a minimum width of 4 - d1 (d1 = outer diameter of the threading of the respective screw).
This general type-approval for construction does not apply to connections on panels of wood particles in including OSB (orientated fibre panels), wood fibre panels or plywood panels.
Elements in solid wood, glued lamellar wood, veneered plywood, wooden planks or lamellar beams may be fitted with screws having an outer threading diameter of d1 ≥ 8 mm only if using wood types like red maple, pine and fir. This applies equally to the fitting of wood elements in accordance with the general approvals for construction.
The screws can be used exclusively for predominantly static loads (ref DIN 1055-3)
Regarding the scope of the screws in relation to the environmental conditions the DIN 1052-2:1988-04, paragraph 3.6, table 1, is applied. Screws must not be used under the application according to the DIN 1052-2:1988-04, table 1, last column.
2 Provisions relating to Quick Drill screws for wood
2.1 Features and composition
2.1.1 Shapes, measures and dimensions of the screws must be in keeping with the values in attachments 1-4.
2.1.2. The screws must be manufactured in carbon steel as established in the internal norm 230403 of the German Institute for Construction.

Per una migliore programmazione della produzione, la distinta in ambiente produttivo viene eventualmente elaborata in parte dalla funzione Logistica, salvaguardando i requisiti finali del prodotto. For a more effective production scheduling, the Basic Specification in the production environment might be partly structured by the Logistic function, thus preserving the final requirements of the product. In this case, the issue of the Basic specification in the consumer environment is within the scope of the Logistic Manager, according to aforementioned Baan procedure.

Je vous tres beau, esordio alla regia dell’attrice Isabelle Mergault, pur con il tocco lieve della commedia, racconta di un pezzo d’Europa, provinciale e chiusa, che si misura con il meticciato culturale e sentimentale. Nella campagna francese si intrecciano le attese di una giovane immigrata, alla ricerca di una vita decente, e di un uomo alla riscoperta della propria. Legaturi Bolnavicioase (Lovesick) è un film realmente su frontiere, in Romania, fra generazioni affettuosamente divergenti, fra tradizione ed esplosiva emancipazione, fra l’impossibilità di essere normali e le ossessioni della libertà amorosa. Tudor Giurgiu, esordiente con collaudate esperienze, sceglie attrici e modelli narrativi adeguati per un film che cresce, mentre gli animi dei personaggi si ammalano e sminuiscono.

EXCLUSIVE DEALING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN MANUFACTURER AND IMPORTER
Agreement made _____________, 20__, between ___________________, a corporation organized and established under the laws of ITALY, having its principal place of business at ____________________________________________ (Address), hereinafter referred to as
"MANUFACTURER," and GEANDRE IMPORTS Inc, of Three Neshaminy Interplex, Suite 301, Trevose, PA 19053, USA, hereinafter referred to as " IMPORTER."
RECITALS:
IMPORTER desires to obtain from MANUFACTURER, and MANUFACTURER desires to grant to IMPORTER, the exclusive right and license to sell and promote the sale of Wine specified in Appendix #1 and referred below as Products, in the following States: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia (including Washington D.C.), New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Ohio, Florida, North and South Carolina, referred to below as Territory, at wholesale and retail.
In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, the parties agree:
I. APPOINTMENT:
(i) Appointment. MANUFACTURER appoints IMPORTER as the exclusive Importer and Distributor for the sale of the products at wholesale and retail within the territory.
(ii) Authority. IMPORTER will not sell Products outside the Territory without prior notifying MANUFACTURER and receiving MANUFACTURER’S consent.
(iii) Changes in Scope. MANUFACTURER shall use best efforts to notify IMPORTER prior to making any changes in the Product list. Moreover, without IMPORTER’s consent MANUFACTURER may not modify any aspect of the Product’s design, style or appearance of labels and bottles. In case IMPORTER disagrees with the suggested by MANUFECTURER changes in design of packaging, MANUFACTURER will continue to honor orders with the existing design for Products listed in the Exhibit A.
(iv) Notification. During the continuance of this Agreement, MANUFACTURER agrees to notify, in writing, all other distributors of the products that IMPORTER is the exclusive Importer and Distributor for such products and has the sole right to sell such products at wholesale and retail within the Territory. MANUFACTURER will pass on to IMPORTER appropriate sales leads it identifies in the Territory. Moreover, if MANUFECTURER shall receive any request for the Product listed in the Exhibit A from any customer and/or organization within the Territory, MANUFECTURER shall direct all such requests to the IMPORTER.
II. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHT TO USE NAME:
(i) Right to Use the Name. MANUFACTURER hereby grants to IMPORTER the right to use the trade name, trademark, labels, copyrights, pending patents, patents, licenses, and any and all other advertising media in the marketing of the products which, and to the same extent as, MANUFACTURER now has, or may subsequently acquire, the right to use.
(ii) Acknowledgement of Ownership. IMPORTER acknowledges the ownership and validity of MANUFACTURER’s trademarks, brand names, trade names, patents or similar intellectual property (collectively "Intellectual Property"), agrees not to apply for the registration of Intellectual Property in any country for such Intellectual Property, unless with MANUFACTURER’s written approval.
(iii) Prohibition to Add Name. IMPORTER shall not produce or use any other label, name, or trademark on the Products.
(iv) Obligation to Notify Infringement. IMPORTER will immediately notify MANUFACTURER in writing of any potential or actual infringement of MANUFACTURER’s Intellectual Property by other parties. IMPORTER will give MANUFACTURER prompt notice of any act that comes to IMPORTER’s attention suggesting that another party has violated or is violating MANUFACTURER’s Intellectual Property rights.
(v) On the termination of this Agreement for any reason, IMPORTER shall discontinue the use of the _________________ (Specify) trade name, trademark, labels, copyrights, pending patents, patents, and other advertising media, and shall remove all signs and displays relating thereto, and, in the event of IMPORTER’s failure to do so, MANUFACTURER may itself remove such article and material at IMPORTER 's expense.
III. TERMS, RENEWAL AND TERMINATION:
The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date first written above, and shall end on December 31, 2012, subject to the following:
(i) Term and Renewal. Provided IMPORTER is not in default in this Agreement, or any of its terms or provisions, IMPORTER may elect, by verbal or written notice to MANUFACTURER at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the original term of this Agreement, to extend this Agreement on the same terms and conditions, for a period of five (5) years, commencing December 31, 2012.
(ii) Termination This Agreement may be terminated by either party for breach of its terms, following notice of the breach and the breaching party’s failure to cure such breach within the thirty (60) days following notice of the breach.
(iii) Event of Default by MANUFACTURER. In the event of the breach by MANUFACTURER, or its failure to perform any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, IMPORTER may terminate this Agreement on thirty (30) day written notice, which notice shall be effective at the expiration of the thirty (30) day period. However, failure by MANUFACTURER to deliver any order to IMPORTER within forty five (45) days of its date shall not be deemed a breach or failure to perform by MANUFACTURER, if such failure to deliver is the direct result of revolutions, insurrections, riots, wars, acts of enemies, acts of God, national emergency, or floods (referred to below as force majeure), and the existence of such force majeure is disclosed, in writing, to IMPORTER within fifteen (15) days of its occurrence and actual delivery of the order affected by the force majeure is not delayed more than thirty (30) days from such notice.
(iv) Event of Default by IMPORTRER. If IMPORTER is in default in any payment to MANUFACTURER for a period of thirty (30) days after demand for payment from MANUFACTURER, or if IMPORTER defaults in performing any of the other terms, conditions, or promises of this Agreement, and continues in default for a period of thirty (30) days after written notice thereof, MANUFACTURER shall have the right at the expiration of the thirty (30) day notice of default, to terminate this Agreement upon giving written notice of the termination.
(v) Termination on Insolvency. If either party is adjudged insolvent or bankrupt, or becomes the subject of any proceedings seeking relief, reorganization, or rearrangement under any laws relating to insolvency, or upon any assignment for the benefit of creditors, or upon the appointment of a receiver, liquidator, or trustee of any of its property or assets, or upon the liquidation, dissolution, or winding up of its business, then the other party may terminate this Agreement by written notice at least ninety (90) days before the time when such termination is to take effect. At the expiration of the ninety (90) days, this Agreement shall become null and void, but without prejudice to the rights of either party to monies due or to become due under this Agreement.
(vi) Powers of Attorney. Any power of attorney which MANUFACTURER may issue in its discretion naming IMPORTER |
