Norwegian (Bokmal) term or phrase: videreføre praksis
Hi - I need some help smoothing this out, the two clauses seem to contradict each other. Is it that the duty to act is a practice deemed not to facilitate suitable development? This appears in a policy paper. Thanks for your help.
