Medical - Бухгалтерский учет / Invoice from a hospital | | немецкий термин или фраза AU / Kurzbescheinigung | I translated it as "inability to work (Arbeitsunfaehigkeit) / brief doctor's note" but not sure.
In an invoice issued to the patient by an eye center (ophthalmology) located in Leipzig it outlines the details of each cost in tabular format. Three entries from the invoice are as follows (there are more entries but I just wanted to show some for context though I know it may not directly help with translating "Kurzbescheinigung"):
