Hallo,

es geht um eine Instrument zur Durchführung einer Arthrodese am Sprunggelenk, das in Einzelfällen gebrochen ist:

Bien que la mèche référence x soit guidée pendant le perçage grâce au guide référence y, des cas isolés de rupture de mèche nous ont été reportés.
...
C’est pour cette raison que nous vous rappelons de bien appliquer l’effort de perçage *dans l’axe de la mèche* comme indiqué dans le schéma ci-après.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie "dans l'axe" übersetzt werden muss. Die Abbildung zeigt die falsche und die richtige Handhabung des Instruments: In der "richtigen" Abbildung verläuft das Instrument etwa im 45 ° Winkel zum Fuß gerade zum Sprunggelenk, die Bildunterschrift lautet: "Forer dans l’axe." In der "falschen" Abbildung wird es leicht nach hinten gebogen, die Bildunterschrift lautet "Attention à ne pas tordre la mèche en forant".
Es ist mir schon klar, was gemeint ist, aber wie drücke ich das richtig aus? In Achsrichtung? Parallel zur Achse?
