Then there is a heading entitled 'population concernée', under which there is just the acronym NR. Does anyone know what this stands for?

I was going to suggest the same answer Helen has given.

The following is from the minutes of the ANSM Groupe de travail Erreurs Médicamenteuses:

"Au total 43 signalements ont été recensés dont 41 cas d’erreurs avérées (EA), 1 cas d’erreur potentielle (EP) et 1 risque d’erreur médicamenteuse. La population (n=42 = EA +EP) était des nouveaux nés dans 6 cas, des nourrissons dans 13 cas, des enfants dans 7 cas (dont 3 inférieurs à 5 ans), des adultes dans 10 cas, des personnes âgées dans 4 cas, et non renseigné dans 2 cas."

Note also that most of them didn't feel it was necessary to mention the "population concernée":

"Concernant la nécessité de mention de la population concernée par le médicament, les membres du GT Erreurs médicamenteuses n’y sont pas favorables."
