| | Clarification request(s) and responserkillings: 4:32am Jul 24, 2008: Does this refer to the Cour des Comptes ("Court of Auditors"), by any chance? That is an institution more like the National Audit Office in the UK or the General Accounting Office in the US. If yes, you may still have to call it a "court", but be careful.
