convertido en populares vehículos para que las corporaciones/sociedades realicen fondos propios atados/vinculados/inmovilizados en inmuebles.
La idea es que los inmuebles obligan a financiar su mantenimiento en balance mediante fondos propios. Para liberarlos se puede vender el inmueble (desaparece del balance) pactando con el nuevo propietario un arrendamiento del mismo
