Ciao Federica,

credo che non esista un termine in italiano (almeno non ancora, a quanto mi risulta), perché questi "sostegni a U" sembrano essere un'esclusiva dell'azienda. Servono a rendere l'esercizio meno difficile per chi inizia, mettendoli al posto del tubo sotto la balance board. Dovrai trovare tu un termine adatto ;)
