nouvelle plainte modifiée Explanation: I had a motion that was denied and the judge asked to submit a "proposed amended complaint" and a "motion to amend complaint", yet the filing I made (civil matter in federal court) was an amendment to my complaint The Judge apparently told you that whatever you filed needed to be amended and gave you an opportunity to prepare a new amended complaint. I'm best guessing here but I'm thinking that what was discussed at the hearing should give you a road map to what you should do. You should submit it w/a "motion to amend the complaint" and then there will be another hearing on it. https://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/what-is-a-proposed-amended-complaint--2083829.html |
