Je ne saisis pas bien le sens ici.

Sous la clause "Waiver of benefits under foreign law", il est dit ceci

You agree to waive your right to receive any compensation and/or benefits mandated by law, or customarily paid to employees in any country where you may live or work. ... If you nevertheless institute litigation against the company in a foreign jurisdiction seeking such benefits under foreign law, such action shall constitute a breach of this agreement

In this regard, you agree to grant the company equitable relief in the applicable courts, including (without limitation) enjoining you from proceeding to collect such waived benefits provided by foreign law or custom.

agree  B D Finch: The grammar of the ST is as dodgy as its legality ("enjoining you from proceeding"). Is it legal for an employer to have their employees sign away their statutory rights?

  -> Merci. Re : tournure, ma réaction initiale également, d'où vérif avec R+C, qui confirme que c'est OK aux É.-U, apparemment. Pour le reste, je ne suis qu'un pauvre traducteur, pas un éminent spécialiste du droit du travail international. :-)
