Hi, I'm translating a Uruguayan petition for divorce, in which the standard formatting includes a section titled "DERECHO" (which comes after another called "HECHOS", equivalent to our "RECITALS" section) and I'm not sure what would be the proper way to translate the "DERECHO" heading. Would it be "POINTS AND AUTHORITIES"?

Here's the text, for context:

"[...] solicitan [...] en virtud de las siguientes consideraciones de hecho y fundamentos de derecho:

HECHOS

I. Los comparecientes contrajeron matrimonio el [...]
II. Que es nuestro propósito disolver y liquidar [...]

DERECHO

Fundamos nuestro derecho en lo dispuesto por los arts. [...]
